Services

Services at your disposal:
• Reception office open in low season, in the morning from 10:00 to 12:00 in the afternoon from 15:30 to 19:00, in high season in the morning from 09:00 to 13:00 in the afternoon from 16:00 to 20 :00.
• Condominial pool for adults and children (open from June 15th to September 15th)
• Unsupervised (car) parking
• We are a Pet Friendly facility and pets are allowed on request, (cats and small dogs) at the time of booking with a supplement of Euro 180.00 for the entire stay (for sanitary provisions, access to some areas of the structure is not allowed them)
• "Apartment Suite" service   towels change every 3/4 days, VIP Welcome upon arrival at the apartment and free pool towels rental. Upon-availability Early check-in from 10:30 am on the day of arrival and Late check-out up to 13:00 on the day of departure.

• Free shuttle service to the Sassi Beach and Ira Beach (provided by the Porto Rotondo Consozio from 15 June to 15 September).
• Beach services bookable on request, provided by external operators (subject to availability)
• Excursions by sea and by land (provided by external operators (subject to availability)
In the immediate vicinity of the Residence, you will find: Supermarket, bar, tobacconist, post office, bank ATM, medical guard, laundry, boutiques, equipped gym, wellness center, craft shops.

Conditions of stay:
• Check-in and delivery of the apartment: from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 8.00 pm (for late arrivals a penalty may be applied, at the Management's discretion, of € 50.00 as "Late check -in ", if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed)
• Check-out and return of the room: from 9.00 to 10.30 on the day of departure, Day Use € 100.00
• Compulsory security deposit, to guarantee the payment of optional services and any damage caused: € 200.00 (to be paid at check-in together with full payment of the stay.
• Forfait Services with obligatory on-site payment: Includes consumption of electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, towels and bed linen with weekly change, final cleaning of the apartment,
Studio € 60.00, Two-room apartment € 75.00, Three-room apartment € 95.00

Cancellation penalties applied:
No penalty in case of cancellation communicated within 30 days before the date of arrival.
• from 29 to 15 days before the arrival: 30% penalty
• from 14 to 07 days before the arrival: 50% penalty
• 06 to 02 days prior to arrival: 80%
• from 1 day to No Show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100%
• Early departure from the reservation: penalty: 100% of the stay is not finished

The Management is not responsible for the limitations of some services in the periods considered as low and medium season
